EduFriends provide educational support and tools for students of low-income families to excel academically.

We transform lives and create a brighter future for underprivileged students through the power of education. These young minds are brimming with potential, dreams, and aspirations, but they need a helping hand to rise above their circumstances.

How We Help

We build relationships with students through mentorship to achieve their potential and aspirations.

It’s more than just enrichment classes; it’s about building bridges to a brighter future.

English Online Enrichment (EOE) Programme provides English classes via Zoom for children, aged nine to 12 years old.

TutorBuddy Pte Ltd is the education provider for the programme.

The unique feature of this programme is that apart from the weekly tuition class, there is a 1 hour “bite sized session” two days per week/per term with these students to revise their work. The programme is aligned with the Ministry of Education (MOE) school syllabus and PSLE formats.

Maths Enrichment Tuition (MET) provides online Math classes for Primary 4 to Primary 5 children who are already enrolled in the EOE Programme.

We believe that children need to be on the EOE to improve their comprehension and understanding of the English language to better enhance their Math learning journey.  

Scholars Lab is the education provider for the programme.  

Volunteer With Us

EduFriends is managed by dedicated teams of youth and senior volunteers who befriend and journey with primary school children and their families.

Youth befrienders should ideally:

• Commit for a minimum of 6 months
• Spare a day once every 1-2 months to visit the child at their home or bring them out for an outing
• Be between the ages of 16-35

Senior befrienders should ideally:

• Commit for a minimum of 1 year
• Accompany youth befrienders for home visits or outings (usually 1 weekend a month)
• Guide and support our youth befrienders as they journey with the children
