The Society of St Vincent de Paul (SSVP) Conference at Holy Cross held their last lenten ration day and lunch for their Friends-in-Need (FINs) on the 2nd of April. It was a special day, attended by not only 70 FINs, but also 20 Secondary 2 catechism students, SSVP members, and SSVP Spiritual Director Fr Robertus.

Alongside the regular distribution of rice and cash aid, groceries donated by the primary catechism students were also distributed. The occasion was extra joyous with FINs’ birthday celebrations and education awards being given out to the FIN children.

SSVP Holy Cross would like to thank parishioners from Church Of The Holy Cross for their donations and support and the Sec 2 catechism students who helped during the second collection, lunch, and distribution to the FINs.
